Registration Requirements

 

1.  Proof of Residency- copy of lease or mortgage, electric bill, water bill, or gas bill
2.  Withdrawal form from previous school (needed only during the school year)
3.  Transcript and/or Report card
4.  Birth Certificate
5.  Up to Date Immunizations
6.  Social Security Card
7.  Copy of parent’s drivers license
8.  All paper work signed
9.  Course Selection Sheet

New Student Presentation

Contact the Registrar or Assistant Registrar to make an appointment to register. During the summer, if you leave a message or send an email and do not get a reply, contact the main number: 469-948-2800.

Paperwork can be picked up from the front office and returned at the time of your appointment.
