There are three performing groups in the Hebron Orchestra program. Membership is open to grades 9-12 through audition. Pre-requisites: three years of middle school orchestra.

Concert Orchestra performs at school concerts and UIL  Concert and Sight-Reading Contest. Emphasis is placed on reviewing intermediate playing skills. Students are graded on individual participation, playing tests, written tests, rehearsal attendance and performance attendance. Class meets during 2nd period.

Symphonic Orchestra is the junior varsity orchestra of Hebron HS. Students will learn more advanced music in this ensemble. Symphonic orchestra performs in all concerts, and at UIL  Concert and Sight-Reading Contest. Private lessons are strongly recommended. Members may choose to participate in LISD Solo and Ensemble Contest, All-District orchestra, and All-Region orchestra auditions. Students are graded on individual participation, playing tests, written tests, rehearsal attendance and performance attendance. Class meets during 3rd period.
 
Chamber Orchestra is the Hebron HS varsity orchestra. Students will learn challenging music and perform in the school musical and special events. Private lessons are strongly recommended. Members are expected to learn and perform music at a faster pace, and participate in All-District/All-Region auditions and LISD Solo and Ensemble contest. Students are graded on individual participation, playing tests, written tests, rehearsal attendance and performance attendance. Students are selected during the spring auditions. Class meets during 4th period.
