Theatre allows the impossible to happen; that’s why it is so great. It’s the most versatile activity there is. The theatre is where you can find the most drastically different human beings, and yet they are laughing and crying together. Anything is possible when you have a group of actors, a bare stage, and a big heart. So like Robert Patrick said, theatre “does what every other field of human endeavor is struggling to do”...unify people.
